⏳ A note on pacing and depth:
One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we received was a desire for more time — not due to any lack of clarity, but because of the depth and richness of the content. Participants wanted additional space to reflect, absorb, and apply what they were learning.
Interestingly, this particular programme had been compressed into a 4-day format at the client's request. While we adapted to meet that need at the time, the participant feedback was clear: the pace felt intense, and more time would have enhanced the learning experience.
As a result, we've since revised our approach. Going forward, we would not agree to that level of compression — not because we're inflexible, but because we’ve seen firsthand how vital spaciousness is for reflection, discussion, and lasting transformation.
